Expadox Lab is a project-based engineering mentorship program. Real systems. Real teams. Real pressure. No tutorials.
Cloud Engineering · Cybersecurity · DevOps · AI Automation · Tech Research
We bridge the gap between theory and practice, giving aspiring engineers the real-world experience they need before their first job.
Learn through guided real-world projects designed to give you practical experience in Cloud, Cybersecurity, and DevOps.
Our programs are built around modern tools, workflows, and technologies used by today's engineering teams globally.
Join a growing community of aspiring tech professionals, mentors, and career switchers learning and building together across 17+ countries.
Structured 10-week cohorts designed to take you from foundational knowledge to real-world engineering output.
Build practical cloud engineering skills through hands-on mentorship, guided projects, and real-world deployment workflows on AWS.
This track takes participants beyond theory into practical cloud-based projects and modern infrastructure workflows. Mentees gain experience in cloud architecture, deployment strategies, monitoring, storage, networking, and cloud security fundamentals.
Mentees work in teams, receive mentor guidance, and build portfolio-ready projects that reflect real-world engineering environments.
Learn practical cybersecurity skills through hands-on labs, guided mentorship, and real-world security workflows.
This track introduces mentees to modern cybersecurity concepts, security operations, defensive security techniques, and real-world best practices through guided learning and practical projects.
Mentees gain exposure to network security, cloud security, system protection, threat detection, vulnerability awareness, and collaborative security engineering.
Gain practical experience in automation, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, containerisation, and deployment workflows.
This track introduces participants to modern DevOps practices, automation workflows, infrastructure management, and deployment processes used in real engineering environments.
Mentees work on projects covering CI/CD pipelines, Linux environments, containerisation, cloud deployment, monitoring, and collaborative engineering practices.
Develop the skills to investigate, document, and communicate complex technical topics in a structured, professional, and publishable format.
This track equips mentees with the ability to carry out structured technical research, produce professional documentation, and communicate findings clearly. It is designed for those who want to develop a strong analytical and research foundation alongside their engineering journey.
Mentees work on real research problems, develop reports, and learn how to present technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Learn to design, build, and deploy AI-powered automation systems that solve real business problems using modern tools and workflows.
This track introduces mentees to practical AI and automation concepts, focusing on building systems that automate workflows, process data intelligently, and integrate with real-world applications.
Mentees work on hands-on projects involving AI tools, APIs, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and deployment, building output that reflects real engineering and product environments.
Our projects are intentionally challenging and closely reflect the real day-to-day work of modern engineers.
Continuous feedback and corrections through structured, personalised guidance from active practitioners.
We build professional habits and communication skills alongside technical depth. The full engineer, not just the coder.
Every mentee graduates with deployed, documented projects they can show in any interview globally.
Learning happens in teams, mirroring how real engineering organisations work, with expert feedback at every step.
Projects connect Cloud, DevOps, and Security so mentees understand how decisions in one area affect the others.
Mentees from 17+ countries across every cohort. A truly international community of engineers growing together.
Mentees build in teams, receive continuous feedback through structured guidance, and leave with the confidence to operate independently on any team from day one.
These are not practice exercises. Production-grade projects built by our mentees, tackling real business problems with modern tools.
A production-grade AI customer support platform powered by Groq's LLaMA 3.3 70B, deployed on AWS EKS with enterprise DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and security operations. Features RAG-based knowledge search, Redis caching, and document upload support across 20+ technologies.
Built for Neoglobe Fintech, a high-value target for financially motivated threat actors. The team implemented a centralised threat intelligence platform with automated IOC analysis, SOAR playbooks, MITRE ATT&CK mapping, and full SIEM integration.
BillFlow, a SaaS payments startup migrating to AWS, faced S3 data exposure, overly permissive IAM, and zero runtime visibility. The team built an open-source CNAPP using Tracee, Prowler, ScoutSuite, and Trivy. All 14 misconfigurations detected and remediated.
CloudOpsHub, a growing SaaS analytics company, needed to eliminate manual infrastructure provisioning across multiple regions. The team built a fully automated Docker-based platform with ArgoCD GitOps pipelines, Terraform, GCP, AWS ECR, and Vault.
Do not take our word for it. Reviews from graduated mentees who built real things.
This program actually made me believe in myself. I was able to overcome all the challenges I encountered during the project and complete all projects in the stipulated time.
The program provided a structured, hands-on environment that allowed me to see how all the moving parts connect. It gave me the practical frameworks I needed to properly orchestrate deployments, showing me how to streamline workflows from code commits to container registries.
I have been able to learn in a real life environment where we had to build a security architecture for a fintech company and other hands-on projects.
The mentorship structure was key. Having guidance from someone who could see the full picture helped me start connecting the dots between cloud, DevOps, and security in a way I had not been able to on my own. The projects forced cross-functional thinking, which made everything feel very practical rather than theoretical.
Expadox Lab helps organisations connect with quality engineers trained through our structured learning pathway.
